Interlab’s critical approaches to cleaning are not usually necessary for very “dirty” operations associated with metal finishing and other industrial cleaning operations. However, our expertise and unqualified success in delivering ultra-clean surfaces occasionally leads us into special metal finishing needs where critical performance is required – such as plating, pre-sputtering, pre-dipcoat cleaning, or dip-coating itself.

The proprietary system shown removes fines and oils from a very high throughput of precision ground parts, re-using resources and reducing waste treatment, ultimately delivering critically cleaned, dried parts, to be vacuum coated.
