This fully automatic plating bench supports multiple metals plating operations for ceramic circuits. As custom equipment fabricators, designs such as this can be scaled up or down to address specific needs of any plating operation.

As shown, plating baths incorporate self-contained filtered/recirculating/agitation systems and chemistry sampling to check metals concentration. Also included is a low output spray pre-rinse and recirculating final rinse to minimize waste output.

“Over-the-backwall” robotic transfer prevents contamination of the process by the handling system, and protects the transfer-hoist itself from exposure to corrosive chemicals. This design also allows easy access and maintenance of the hoist mechanism.
