For the solar cell industry, Interlab manufactures large corrosives benches, featuring sophisticated automation and a robust and easily maintainable transfer-hoist design. Further, the combination of our proprietary high-purity final rinse system, followed by the patented HEPA-filtered Cocoon® drying chamber, has served as an ideal “back-end” process for preparing substrates for metallizing or A/R coating, with extremely low resource consumption. The rinser design incorporates hot DI water regeneration and recirculation as well as a built-in capillary drying feature, delivering the highest purity while conserving virtually all the rinse water used in the final rinse process.
