Slider De-Bond

“Sliders”, or read-write heads, are one of the more critical parts of a magnetic-storage device. Interlab’s extensive experience with flammable and non-flammable solvents, as well as our unique abilities to custom-design innovative wet processing solutions has led us to the manufacture of several variations of slider de-bond equipment. The design shown uses NMP for wax dissolution, followed by DI water rinsing and HEPA-filtered drying.
