Interlab’s Soniscan® line of aqueous cleaning systems has
been developed to deliver critical clean
surfaces using a holistic approach to
contamination elimination. In addition to
state-of-the-art ultrasonic washing, we have
optimized the final rinsing and drying
stages to eliminate particulate and film
residues.
The 4-stage model, with a single ultrasonic
wash tank, is shown above. Ultrasonic
frequency may be selected for optimal
performance for given contamination and
surface types. Dual-frequency operation is
also supported.
Spot-free rinsing and drying is achieved
using on-board DI regeneration facilities to
ensure the availability of high-purity hot
DI water, in copious quantities, but with
almost no waste. Work is “capillary-dried”,
and then placed in our patented
Cocoon® evaporative dryer for
contamination-free final drying.
