Hybrid Circuit Cleaning

This multi-purpose critical cleaner for hybrid circuit production is an ideal tool for pre-metallization substrate cleaning, circuit de-fluxing, and pre-packaging cleaning. Based on our 5-stage Soniscan® design, the system is compact, turn-key, and unsurpassed for delivering critically clean parts at low running cost.

This version is specially equipped with a solvent-compatible first stage to allow the tank to be used with organic de-fluxing agents, aqueous cleaners, or pure DI water (if flux residues are water rinsable). The position uses a special non-ultrasonic agitation method identical to that used in our extremely successful INTRAX de-fluxing equipment line. Ultrasonic bath agitation can also be added, allowing total flexibility of the de-fluxing process as dictated by product requirements.

By isolating the heavier flux contamination in the first bath, parts can be pre-washed and rinsed and continue on through the entire critical final washing, rinsing and drying stages. Less heavily soiled substrates to be metallized using thin or thick film processes can be cleaned using only the final 4 stages. Alternately, our 4-stage Soniscan® is ideal for circuit fabrication if flux removal is not required.
