Soniscan® 14-2 Rinser Dryer

Interlab’s rinser/dryer includes our proprietary recirculating rinse and the patented Cocoon® HEPA-filtered, critical drying chamber. It was developed as the “back-end” of our complete semiconductor aqueous cleaning process. Because it incorporates both the dryer, and the heated, high-purity rinsing needed to prepare work for evaporative drying, it is an ideal direct-replacement for solvent drying, or enhancement for processes in which incomplete rinsing would otherwise cause contamination to be redeposited onto the lens surface during drying.

Although most CFC’s were essentially eliminated from cleaning and drying operations during the past decade, many applications in the optics industry still rely on organic solvents to perform various functions including drying. Interlab’s Rinser/Dryer has proven ideal for replacing alcohol dip and vapor drying, or as part of a cleaning-solvent replacement program.
