The Soniscan® line of cleaning systems was very literally expanded – to include complete dip-coating facilities, in a single contiguous process. The Sonicoat® hard-coating process begins with a complete Soniscan® cleaning line, and then integrates various priming, coating, and curing options, all protected by a HEPA enclosure, and operating fully automatically.

Interlab has developed the most sophisticated dip-coating equipment available, to ensure the highest yields, longest chemistry life, and easiest possible operation. Several models are available, to meet the space and throughput requirements for any application. Our most compact unit, pictured above, has a capacity of 90 lenses/hr. Other models can clean, coat, and completely cure higher volumes.
